Before founding Core, Jim held positions as a Software Developer and Management Consultant with Richard A. Eisner & Company. Jim also serves on the Board of Directors of The Language and Cognitive Development Center (LCDC) of Boston that is on the leading edge working with children on the autistic spectrum. He resides in Harding Township, New Jersey, with his wife, and has two children.
Bimal Doshi is Core Services' Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Bimal is responsible for the planning and execution of strategies to enhance processes, standard operating procedures, metrics, knowledge bases, employee skill levels, profitability and productivity. He develops and directs the management of Core's data centers to ensure client satisfaction, improved service delivery, higher client retention and implementation of latest technology offerings. Bimal is a strategic thinker, reports to the CEO and collaborates with the executive team on operational matters. With more than 9 years in Information technology industry and 18 years of work experience and strong leadership skills, Bimal is responsible for Core's operational policies and procedures geared towards obtaining and maintaining outstanding client satisfaction.
Bimal joined Core Services in 1999 and has held various technical and managerial positions at Core, starting as an Appstech CEMLI developer, moving on to managing large Interfaces and Conversions projects for financial as well as manufacturing and telecommunications companies. In 2001, Bimal seized an opportunity for a lasting impact by switching to managing Applications databases and developing Core's hosting Oracle Applications business. He was quick to adapt the big picture technology trends to Core's data centers to enhance performance. Bimal has a passion for excellence, distaste for bureaucracy, expects commitment and accountability and embraces change as an opportunity.
Prior to joining Core, Bimal was managing production and development programs for 10 years in co-extruded polyester packaging, engineering plastic injection molding and the toner industry (for photocopying). Implementation of Oracle Inventory and Supply Chain planning at one of the manufacturing facilities steered Bimal to change careers towards Oracle Applications Implementations and Project management.
Bimal holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University with a scholarship sponsored by IBM for Optimization of process parameters for curing of printed circuit boards and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the world renowned Department of Chemical Technology, University of Bombay (UDCT).
Keith Inouye joined Core Services as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in June 2002. His responsibilities include driving all sales revenue, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing all marketing campaigns.With more than 16 years of experience in the Oracle industry, Mr. Inouye has focused his career on ERP software and services. In 2004, Mr. Inouye led his team to a highly coveted Oracle accolade - Oracle Partner of the Year in North America.
Prior to Core Services, Mr. Inouye spent 10 years at Oracle Corporation, most recently in the position of Senior Account Manager in the New York Metro Region with exemplary performance and results. During his Oracle tenure, Mr. Inouye won many sales awards, including NY Metro Account Manager of the Year and Oracle President's Club.
Ken Johnson was named as Vice President of Consulting in 2008. In this strategic role, Mr. Johnson will direct Core's Consulting Services organization's daily operations and growth strategy. Mr. Johnson provides leadership that continue to facilitate the highest quality Oracle implementation and consulting deliverables while creating a positive experience for Core's clients.
Mr. Johnson brings over 18 years of Oracle industry experience to this key role, including eight years at Deloitte Consulting, where he was a partner responsible for business development and delivery of projects to large, sophisticated clients such as Old Mutual, Honeywell, and the United States Postal Service. Most recently, Mr. Johnson was Senior Director, Oracle Financial Applications, at The Hackett Group (formerly Answerthink), a global strategic advisory firm and leader in best practice advisory, benchmarking, and transformation consulting services, including shared services, offshoring, and outsourcing advice. Additionally, Mr. Johnson's extensive enterprise consulting experience has been enhanced by his Bachelor and Masters degrees from Georgia State University where he majored in accounting and computer information systems.
